A Street Food Party,

A Dickensian East London venue, brand new to the Christmas party scene: a courtyard strung with festoon lighting and overlooked by a stunning church.
Inside, a large hall for eating, drinking and speeches, and an atmospheric bare-brick room where a proper DJ plays a four-hour set.
Five hours, start to finish. Mulled wine, Prosecco or cocktails on arrival, street food in the courtyard, dancing until the end.
Worth the
walk in alone
The Organ Factory: a Grade II-listed Neo-Gothic building, built as a school in the 1840s and later the workshop of one of Britain’s great pipe organ makers. Victorian brick, gothic doorways, a church spire over the courtyard. Empty here, so you can see the bones: on the night it fills with food traders, festoon light and your team.

Inside The Organ Factory: downstairs, the Mill (the bar and dance floor) and upstairs a second space, for a break from dancing and a quieter space to have a chat.
03 A proper DJ, four-hour set
Carrying the night in the Mill, the bar and DJ room, from first drink to last dance.
04 Street food
Pick three traders from our seasonal selection. Everyone gets to try all three, included.
05 A welcome drink
A glass of Prosecco, a cocktail or a mulled wine in hand as your guests arrive.
06 Cash bar, all night
Open from start to finish. Add an advance bar tab any time you fancy putting the first rounds on the house.

Where exactly is the venue?
3 minutes walk from Columbia Road, between Hoxton Station and Cambridge Heath Station. The Organ Factory, a Grade II-listed Neo-Gothic building in East London: built as a school in the 1840s and later a celebrated pipe organ workshop. Full address shared once your date is confirmed.
How many guests can it take?
Packages run from 75 to 250 guests, and pricing scales with your numbers. Tell us your headcount and we will confirm the fit.
How much food do we get?
All our food trucks serve midi portions, with enough for everyone in your team to have a portion from all three trucks, so no worrying about which one you want to try.
What is included in the bar?
A welcome drink on arrival, a glass of Prosecco, a cocktail or a mulled wine, then a cash bar for the rest of the night. An advance bar tab for complimentary drinks can be added.
Which dates are available?
The season runs 16th November to 18th December 2026. Early enquiries get the pick.
Can we run speeches or presentations?
Yes. There are multiple indoor or outdoor spots perfect for speeches and presentations, and a stage, stage lighting, projections and screens can be added as extra production.
Can we brand the night?
Yes. The bar, DJ booth and drinks menus can all carry your branding, and we can design the lot to suit the brand.
